Sunset Somatic Yoga & Sound Healing with Community

Mari and I are excited to offer this evening retreat in Portland, Oregon!

We will guide you in brief meditation before sending you to do a sauna and cold plunge, giving you reiki, allowing you to rest and be in a beautiful garden setting.

Then we gather together again for a community meal, cooked and presented by Mari and I, shared in a beautiful setting.
